Shipping and Returns information

We have two shipping methods:

• Pickup from one of our stores
• Door to door –free of charge over 500 shekels
• Under 500 shekels 35 shekel charge

Returns and exchanges

We hope you loved what you ordered. But in case you don’t you can return it.
Product may be returned unused and in its original packaging and the label is attached to the product.

How do you return/exchange a product?

You can return it to any one of stores and get a full refund, or exchange it
You can send it to us by registered mail to 34 ben atar st. tel aviv zip code
66078, once we receive the product we will send the one you want to you or
give you a full refund.

Items can be returned/exchanged within 14 days.

Most refunds and returns are in the form of payment.
